I am reading about family. Right now on the Influence of Parental Socialization:
"Mothers of very attractive infants are more affectionate and playful with their infants than mothers of infants with unappealing faces. When in public, mothers of infants with unappealing fces are more likely to pay attention to other ppl than their own infants. These mothers are also more likely to report that their infants interfere with their lives."
